WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR STAY

Your 3-5 day stay at our postpartum retreat includes all of the above services, as well as:
- Three meals and two snacks daily for the guest and their partner
- Concierge service for booking wellness treatments, including postnatal massage, yoga, and more
- Eligibility to request a doula match for transition back into home environment
We require a minimum of 3 days for every reservation.
If you choose to make a reservation of five or more day's we're happy to accommodate you and your partner.
During an extended stay with us, you should expect all the services included in the three to five day package, plus an additional treat for you and your partner:

- Eligibility for a date night or partner bonding experience for two

Planning Your Postpartum Retreat With Us

1. Three Months

Schedule your tour of Salama's postpartum wellness facility.
2. Four Months

Join us on-site for your tour and book your stay. We recommend booking your stay as early as possible to ensure room availability.
3. Six Months

Coordinate your postpartum leave with your employer.
If you plan to utilize a payment plan, submit your deposit by 6 months to secure your spot.
4. Seven Months

Confirm your postpartum leave plans and submit your paperwork to your employer.
5. Eight Months

Prepare for your stay at Salama. We will provide a packing checklist and additional information on your personal care team. If you wish, take advantage of an early opportunity to book concierge services.
6. Nine Months

Welcome your little one into the world!
7. 0-12 Weeks Postpartum

After a being safely discharged from the hospital, make yourself at home at our luxury postpartum retreat.
